Anusara is a profound, therapeutic and elegant Hatha Yoga system that blends the ancient art of yoga with the science of biomechanics. Its unique framework – called the Universal Principles of Alignment – makes yoga easily accessible, transformational, and therapeutic. The underlying Tantric philosophy bridges the challenge of how to practice and benefit from yoga in a modern context. Welcoming students of all levels, it emphasizes alignment not only of the body, but offers guidance in how to bring yoga beyond the mat. It offers a practical pathway of grounding and openness so we can embrace the joys of living a full and balanced life in this world.
