The popular Pre-Natal classes at Fine Yoga uses postures, breathing exercises and meditation to help ease the pregnancy and prepare for delivery. Our experienced (are all mothers themselves) and Pre-Natal Yoga educated teachers will take you through a series of Yoga postures that facilitate increased flexibility, strength, stamina and tones your muscles. The breathing exercises and meditation develops mental focus and reduces stress. In general this gentle Yoga practice soothes the discomforts of pregnancy. Our Pre-Natal Yoga classes also offer a quiet and harmonious environment to meet with other expectant mothers.

Previous Yoga experience is not required and women at all stages of pregnancy are welcome.
